The story of our company began in the year 1993, when the PEDAP company was founded in Toronto, Canada. Its founder, Peter Paštéka, began to build a technology firm on the foundations and knowledge he gained in designing racing cars and while racing. Following the example of off-road racing cars, which had to be robust and reliable to withstand the tough races, he approached the construction of equipment at PEDAP similarly. During its 13 years of existence, the firm established itself on the market and gradually gained long-term customers, especially in the automotive industry. Thanks to its high-grade and technically refined solutions, it has built a good reputation with customers such as Ford, Magna, GM and many more.
After relocating to Slovakia, Technouniversum was founded. This company builds on stable foundations and the so-called “Canadian Experience” which its founder utilized in customer service. We build our quality tag on fair approach and upstanding technical solutions since 2007.
